We ship globally and have manufacturers located in: U.S.A, Australia, Europe (Latvia) and Japan.

Please refer to the image to get an approximation of delivery and shipping of physical goods. However, due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays so please make sure you consider these if ordering for a particular date.

Sizing Guide Measuring

If you are unsure of how to measure clothing, you can follow these steps to get the right fit:

  1. Get a shirt that you own and love
  2. Get a measuring tool (measuring tape, ruler, string, etc.)
  3. Refer the images for vital measuring points

How do we apply the Mind The Milky Way discount/promo codes?

Mind The Milky Way discounts are applied automatically to your account. You will receive email updates on these discounts, so make sure you subscribe. It’s free! Discounts and promotions vary for the type of subscription.

I have The Advocate subscription, can I change the amount that I give monthly?

We really appreciate that you are advocating for the cause! Yes. The price that you set is always in your control, so you can change the price any given month.

If I change my mind about my Mind The Milky Way purchase, can I get a refund?

Our policy lasts 28 days for physical products. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We do not do refunds on digital downloads. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Problems with an Order?

If you received an item but notice that there is something slightly off about the product, we will glad replace it with a brand new one free of charge! Just follow these steps:

1) Take a photo that captures the problem (print is faded, wrong item, etc.)

2) Write a brief description of the problem and include the order number stated on your invoice.

3) Attach the photo as an image to hello.mindthemilkyway@gmail.com or @mindthemilkyway on Facebook.

4) Get a response from out team members regarding replacement.
