How do we apply the Mind The Milky Way discount/promo codes?

Mind The Milky Way discounts are applied automatically to your account. You will receive email updates on these discounts, so make sure you subscribe. It’s free! Discounts and promotions vary for the type of subscription.

If I change my mind about my Mind The Milky Way purchase, can I get a refund?

Our policy lasts 28 days for physical products. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We do not do refunds on digital downloads. Due to covid-19, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Problems with an Order?

If you received an item but notice that there is something slightly off about the product, we will glad replace it with a brand new one free of charge! Just follow these steps:

1) Take a photo that captures the problem (print is faded, wrong item, etc.)

2) Write a brief description of the problem and include the order number stated on your invoice.

3) Attach the photo as an image to email@mindthemilkyway.com or @mindthemilkyway on Facebook.

4) Get a response from our team members regarding replacement.
